Tea was so closely in the daily life of most Asian societies. In fact, most people think tea as part of the lifestyle. As coffee lovers that are often set aside special time just for sipping a small glass of espresso, tea enthusiast has been doing to drink it every day.
However, dispensing tea should not be arbitrary. In the tea contained various health benefits, and earned less than optimal if the presentation is not quite right. There are a few suggestions to mix the tea so that the benefits can be fully felt.
- Brewed tea with water temperature around 65 Celsius degrees. The new hot boiling water will only damage the nutrients contained in tea.
- Limit to brew tea bags in only 2-3 minutes once usage. Chlorine content in the tea bag could contaminate the drink.
- If you want to get high antioxidant content of tea, select the type of green tea.
- Do not mix the cream in the tea because it interferes with the absorption of antioxidants. But for cow’s milk, soy milk and almond milk are safe to be mixed in tea.
- Limit consumption of up to one liter of tea per day. It should not drink at once. Too much tea will aggravate the kidneys.
- Should not drink tea together with a heavy meal. Tea can interfere with absorption of nutrients from food. Drink tea 1-2 hours before and after meals.


Some fresh fruit and juicy have assessed the efficacy to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. According to a study from the Harvard School of Public Health, the fruit contains flavonoids that are the same as in vegetables or particular grains, and related benefits for preventing heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
