Walk 15 Minutes Every Day Can Lower Interests of Eating Chocolate

Most people would ever feel stressed at work. Some of them sometimes just take a snack or small meal to relieve stress. Chocolate, is one of the most preferred snacks by the workers when they face pressure at work.

Chocolate is claimed to improve mood, but there are other concerns that lurk, especially for women, namely the calorie content is quite high on these sweet food. This can increase the risk of obesity which is certainly not desired by anyone.

According to the researchers there is a simple way to reduce the appetite for chocolate, which is by walking for 15 minutes every day before work. This activity is claimed can reduce the consumption of chocolate to someone until half the usual amount of chocolate they ate when faced with stressful jobs.

Scientists from the University of Exeter tried to prove this by doing a study. This scientific studies have been published in the journal Appetite examined 78 chocolate lover, where they were eating chocolate regularly when under stress because of work.

High Caffeinated Coffee Can Harm Fetus Health
