<p>Professor Rebecca Spencer of the University of Massachusetts, said a quality night&#8217;s sleep can increase the positive emotional. Night&#8217;s sleep can also be used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. According to her, the result will be very significant.</p>
<p>Researchers enrolled 70 adults who were divided into two groups. One group was asked to sleep at night, and another group had to stay up. They were asked to look at pictures before performing their duties. For example, puppy pictures, flowers, and neutral pictures featuring furniture and dinner plates.</p>
<p>After that, the volunteers tested their memory of the sleeping and awake for 12 hours. The result, those who slept the night can get positive emotional memories. These results are different for awake volunteers.</p>
